SINGAPORE: EXO made a group appearance at the 2025 Melon Music Awards, returning to the ceremony for the first time in eight years and quickly becoming one of the night’s standout acts.
Held on Dec 20 at Gocheok Sky Dome, the group appeared together on the red carpet as Suho, Chanyeol, D.O., Kai, and Sehun. Fans immediately reacted to their visuals and presence, with many noting how little had changed since their early days.
EXO’s stage traced their career through a powerful run of songs, opening with “Wolf and the Beauty” before moving into “Monster,” “Love Shot,” “The Eve,” and “Growl.” They also performed “Back It Up,” the title track from their upcoming eighth full length album ‘REVERXE,’ marking its first performance on a major awards show stage.
As “Growl” played, cheers filled the venue, while the broadcast caught fellow artists watching closely, including NCT WISH, RIIZE, and BOYNEXTDOOR.

Adding to the excitement, Suho and Kai later shared a ‘Back It Up’ dance challenge through EXO’s official social media accounts, keeping the momentum going after the ceremony.
