Despite a tightly packed schedule, EXO’s Doh Kyungsoo made time to attend the wedding of his close friend, actor Kim Woo Bin, on the same day as the 2025 Melon Music Awards.

On Dec 20, Doh Kyungsoo appeared alongside his EXO members on the red carpet at the awards ceremony held at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul. With the group committed to performances and official appearances throughout the evening, it was initially believed that he would be unable to attend Kim Woo Bin’s wedding.

Later that evening, Doh Kyungsoo was spotted arriving at The Shilla Hotel in Jung District, Seoul, where Kim Woo Bin and actress Shin Min Ah were holding their private wedding ceremony. He reportedly arrived at around 6:15 PM, briefly greeting the couple and offering his congratulations before leaving shortly after. By approximately 6:30 PM, he had already returned to the awards venue to continue with scheduled activities.
Doh Kyungsoo had previously shared that he was originally meant to perform the congratulatory song at the wedding. However, overlapping commitments with EXO’s award schedule made his participation uncertain. He explained that while the situation was unfortunate, both he and Kim Woo Bin fully understood each other’s circumstances.

Later that night, Doh Kyungsoo successfully returned to the main stage with EXO for their performance at the Melon Music Awards. The group delivered a powerful set featuring fan favorites such as “Wolf,” “Monster,” “The Eve,” “Love Shot,” and “Growl.” They also unveiled a performance from a track included in their upcoming eighth full album, set for release in January, marking its first broadcast appearance.
Doh Kyungsoo and Kim Woo Bin are widely known as close friends within the entertainment industry and have appeared together in several tvN variety programs, strengthening their long standing bond.
Meanwhile, Kim Woo Bin and Shin Min Ah officially tied the knot after ten years of dating. The wedding drew widespread attention, with numerous prominent figures from the entertainment industry in attendance. The ceremony was reportedly hosted by actor Lee Kwang Soo, a close friend of the groom.
