SINGAPORE: Red Velvet has officially kicked off the countdown to their highly anticipated summer comeback by unveiling the promotion schedule for their upcoming mini album, ‘Velvet Summer’.
Released on July 6, the scheduler introduces a dreamy ocean-inspired concept, featuring illustrations of mermaids, surfers, palm trees, seashells, dolphins and tropical flowers. The refreshing blue colour palette perfectly captures the carefree spirit of summer while offering fans a glimpse of the album’s visual direction.
According to the schedule, the comeback promotions will begin on July 20 with a Mood Clip and Teaser Images, followed by another set of Teaser Images on July 21. Fans can then look forward to another Mood Clip and Teaser Images on July 22, before the Album Details are revealed on July 23.
The excitement continues with the Highlight Medley arriving on July 27, giving fans a preview of the tracks featured on the mini album. Another round of Teaser Images will be released on July 30, followed by the official Music Video Teaser on July 31.
The countdown will come to an end on August 3, when Red Velvet officially returns with ‘Velvet Summer’ alongside the release of its music video.
