SINGAPORE: EXO’s Lay will not be taking part in today’s ‘EXO’verse’ fan meeting due to unavoidable circumstances, according to an official notice released to fans.
The announcement was shared with EXO-L who have been awaiting the event, with SM asking for understanding over the sudden change in the participating lineup. Despite Lay’s absence, Suho, Chanyeol, D.O., Kai, and Sehun will proceed with the fan meeting as scheduled.
EXO’s ‘EXO’verse’ fan meetings are set to take place consecutively at INSPIRE Arena in Incheon at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. KST on December 14.
Updated ticket cancellation and refund details were also provided. Fans who wish to cancel their tickets may do so with a full refund and no cancellation fees during the designated period from December 14, 9:00 AM to December 21, 9:00 AM KST, as long as cancellations are processed through the ticketing customer service channel. Tickets that have already been used to attend the event are not eligible for refunds.

Due to unavoidable circumstances, member Lay will unfortunately be unable to participate in the fan meeting. We sincerely ask for your understanding in sharing this sudden change in the participating lineup with fans who have waited and shown their support for a long time.
