SEOUL — Jeon Somi is officially making her return this summer. On June 20, THEBLACKLABEL dropped a surprise teaser via social media, revealing that Somi will release a new digital single titled ‘EXTRA’ on July 7 at 6PM KST.
This marks her first comeback in nearly a year since ‘Ice Cream’, and expectations are high. Somi is ready to bring the heat once again and this time with a bold new concept.
The newly released teaser image shows Somi sporting a sleek bob and minimal black outfit, radiating a sharp, mature aura that hints at a fresh creative direction. A noticeable shift from her usual bubbly and playful image, this comeback feels like a new chapter for the all-rounder soloist.
But that’s not all! Somi is also gearing up for her 2025 fan meeting tour, ‘CHAOS’, which kicks off in Seoul on July 19, before heading to Tokyo and Osaka. With the comeback arriving just ahead of the tour, fans can look forward to experiencing new music and unforgettable moments up close.
