She mentioned in her recent interview of ‘Used To Be Young (Series)’, that the reason why she chose to release her New Single ‘Used To Be Young’ on Aug 25, was because it was the 10th Years Anniversary of ‘We Can’t Stop’ performance at the VMAs, the 10th Years Anniversary of ‘Wrecking Ball’ music video which completely changed her life and her career and the way people perceived her forever and Aug 25 was also her dad’s birthday.
Miley also mentioned that while filming ‘Used To Be Young’ MV, she was watching her mom on the other side of the camera dancing and made her emotional that she couldn’t held her tears and laughters.
