SEOUL — Wendy is officially moving forward with a new chapter. On April 25, ASND Label announced that Wendy has joined the agency, dropping a gorgeous new set of profile photos along with a short video clip to welcome her.
ASND, shared, “We’re happy to welcome Wendy to our company. She’s an artist who has shown her talent in so many areas. We’ll be fully supporting her activities with Red Velvet and doing everything we can to help her shine even more.”
Earlier this month, Wendy and fellow Red Velvet member Yeri ended their exclusive contracts with SM Entertainment. SM confirmed that both idols will continue with Red Velvet’s group promotions.
Wendy’s next steps are already looking bright — we can’t wait to see what’s ahead!
