SEOUL — EXO’s leader and multitalented performer, Suho, captivated the audience at the 9th Asian Artist Awards (AAA 2024) held in Thailand on December 27. Suho solidified his reputation as a versatile artist by clinching two prestigious awards: “AAA Best Artist” and “AAA Best Actor”. These accolades recognize his achievements in music and acting, further establishing him as a leading figure in both fields.
Suho’s third mini-album, “1 to 3”, released in May, showcases a wide range of rock genres through its seven tracks. The album earned international acclaim, topping the iTunes Top Album Chart in 29 regions and being featured on Teen Vogue’s “2024 Best K-Pop Music Video 15” list. Meanwhile, his role as Crown Prince in the hit MBN mini-series, “Missing Crown Prince,” demonstrated his expressive versatility across action, romance, and comedy, earning rave reviews for his commanding performance.
Upon receiving his awards, Suho expressed heartfelt gratitude, saying, “I was with ‘AAA’ as an actor last year, but I am very happy to be invited this year as both an actor and a singer, and to receive such meaningful awards. I sincerely love and thank EXO-L,” he added, ‘The EXO members also came to my mind, by September next year, with Sehun being the last member, all of us will have completed our mandatory national service.
