Singer / Actor Choi Minho is set to debut in his first play, taking on the role of Vladimir in “Waiting For Waiting for Godot.”
Minho’s role as Vladimir, a character known for his honesty and innocence, is expected to highlight his unique charm. As Vladimir, he will engage in thoughtful and humorous discussions with the character Estragon, touching on themes of art, life, and theater.
Choi Minho, well-known for his versatility as a singer, actor, and entertainer, will share the stage with veteran actor Lee Soon Jae. This pairing has already generated much excitement and support for the production.
“I am both nervous and excited to work with Lee Soon-jae, whom I deeply respect. I will put my heart into this role and strive to deliver an outstanding performance. I hope my sincerity resonates with the audience,” Minho expressed enthusiastically .
“Waiting For Waiting For Godot,” will open at Yes24 Stage 3 on September 7.
In addition to his theater debut, Choi Minho will also appear in JTBC’s new Saturday-Sunday drama, “Family X Melo,” premiering on August 10 at 10:30 PM KST. He plays Nam Taepyeong, a character who was once a member of the national taekwondo team and now works as a security at the same mart as Byeon Mi-Rae.
