[SEOUL] – On June 25, Actor Kim Woo-bin has purchased the former office building of Big Hit Music in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
According to a real estate register, Kim Woo-bin has finalised the purchase on March 29, with the registration of transfer of ownership completed in three months.
The property, which features two basement levels and five above-ground floors, spans 315.5 square meters of land and 1,316.84 square meters of total floor area. The building was bought for 13.7 billion won (approximately 12.7 million USD).
Kim Woo-bin financed part of the purchase through a loan, securing a collateral bond worth 7.44 billion won, which suggests he borrowed around 6.2 billion won—roughly 45% of the total purchase price.
This building served as the office for Big Hit Music from 2007 to 2011 and now houses facility maintenance companies.
